Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike has urged the federal government to investigate bandits and other characters who are causing problems in different parts of the country as it did for Nnamdi Kanu .

Kanu, leader of the banned indigenous population of Biafra (IPOB), was arrested on Sunday after almost four years in self-exile and extradited to the country.

Newsvillepost reported how he was lured to a location in an African country with a promise to donate millions in cash and then arrested.

Wike urged the government to give bandits and other elements causing security problems in the country the same amount of attention it has given Kanu.
