Delta State Executive Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, has emphasized the need for a brand new constitution for Nigeria as the only panacea to resolve the multifaceted anti-progress issues stifling the business of governance.

He settled on the decision in an assertion by his Main Press Secretary, Mr Olisa Ifeajika, wherein Okowa placed that issues of a pristine constitution, rebuilding and genuine federalism were authentic windows for settling all formative, monetary and political difficulties confronting the country.
